About Elizabeth
Hello, I am Elizabeth the founder of Chrysalis Invictus
I am a certified yoga teacher & reiki practitioner, In 2017 I earned a BA specialization in English Language and Literature from Western University. I trained with the Kula Collective and became a certified yoga teacher the same year. I also study Celtic Shamanism with John Matthews and practice intuitive & channeled divination using various methods including Tarot & Oracle cards.
I identify as a Poet & Shadow Worker, understanding that both are ways of guiding and teaching people through the use of metaphor, reflection, language, and movement.
I believe we teach best what we most need to learn, I have had many first-hand learning opportunities and experiences & am dedicated to learning from the world around me. In my personal life, I live with my wonderful daughter and enjoy nature walks and long conversations with my friends.
In all areas of my life, I value integrity, authenticity, and alignment. I understand that my role as a teacher and guide is a responsibility. I am dedicated to holding a safe space for my students and clients. I also believe that cultivating a great sense of humor and the ability to laugh at myself has been a key part of healing for me.
Chrysalis Invictus is the Energy of regeneration, transmutation, and transformation. The foundation of my work is a philosophy I constructed over on Vehemence & Emergence
